Nilam's vintage Lambeth was the centrepiece of my daughter's christening. Less sweet than I expected — gone in a sitting. Pickup in Eversley was so warm and easy.
Vintage Lambeth
Soft, lightly-sweetened buttercream finished with vintage Lambeth piping — overlapping shells, rosettes, and a hand-piped border. Refined, never sickly. A favourite for birthdays, christenings and small wonderful occasions.
Contains Wheat (gluten), Egg, Milk (dairy). Made in a home kitchen that also handles nuts.
Buttercream cakes are best at room temperature; eat within 3 days. Bring fridge-stored cake back to room temp 30 minutes before serving.
48 hours minimum. Two-tier and number cakes: 5 days. Christmas / Valentine’s: limited slots — book early.
Fourth year running. The pistachio rose this year was unreal. The kids ask for 'Nilam's cake' specifically now — accept no substitutes.
